Kliovo Shop

High Volume Order Management Software Pakistan — 10,000+ Orders Per Month.

At 10,000+ orders per month, manual anything breaks. Dispatch takes a full team. Bulk status updates take hours. Nobody knows what's stuck or who touched what. Kliovo Shop was built for this scale — barcode scanning, 14 bulk actions, aging kanban, 5 user roles, full audit log, API access, and a PWA mobile app.

What breaks at high volume

Three things that collapse when you cross 10,000 orders per month.

01

At 10,000+ orders per month, manual dispatch takes an entire team full-time

At 500 orders per day, your warehouse team types order reference numbers to update dispatch status. At 2 seconds per order — generous — that is 17 minutes of typing for 500 orders. Plus CN printing: 3 clicks per order times 500 orders means 1,500 clicks. Before a single box is sealed. Your warehouse team spends 40% of their day doing data entry instead of packing. When volume spikes on a sale day — 800 orders instead of 500 — the data entry backlog means orders dispatched in the previous day's evening don't get CNs until the next morning. Customers are calling before you've even started.

02

No audit trail — no one can tell who updated what, or when

An order goes from Processing to Cancelled. Who did it? When? Was it the right call? Your shared inbox doesn't log this. Your WooCommerce history shows a status change. It doesn't show which agent made it, from which IP, or whether there was a customer request behind it. At high volume with 8–12 agents sharing one dashboard, unauthorized status changes, accidental cancellations, and courier assignment errors are a daily occurrence. You find out from the customer escalation, not from your own system.

03

Courier failures at scale — hours of investigation with no tools

You have 600 orders dispatched with TCS. 80 of them haven't had a status update in 9 days. Something is wrong — but you don't know if it's a Karachi sorting hub issue, a specific route problem, or individual delivery failures. You log into TCS's portal and check each CN manually. That's 80 lookups, 80 copy-pastes, 80 rows in a spreadsheet. Hours of investigation to find what could be displayed in one dashboard view. Meanwhile, those 80 customers are WhatsApping your support number — and your support team is looking at the same TCS portal you are.

How Kliovo solves it

Four capabilities that make high volume manageable with a small team.

Barcode scanning center — 4 modes, zero data entry

The scanning center supports USB barcode scanner, Bluetooth scanner, phone camera, and PWA mobile app. Your warehouse staff scans an order barcode — status updates immediately. No keyboard. No reference number lookup. No typing. Pack mode, dispatch mode, and return receive mode each have a dedicated scanning flow. At 500 orders per day, scanning replaces 17 minutes of typing with 60 seconds of scanning.

14 bulk actions across any filtered order set

Filter by courier, by city, by status, by date range, by customer tier — then apply any of 14 bulk actions: status update, courier assign, CN download, WhatsApp notify, export, hold, cancel, and more. TCS calling off pickups from a specific zone? Select all TCS orders for Gulberg Lahore, bulk reassign to Leopards, bulk regenerate CNs. Done in 90 seconds instead of 90 manual updates.

Aging kanban — 6 time buckets, stuck orders visible before escalation

Every dispatched order is bucketed automatically: 0–1 day, 1–3 days, 3–5 days, 5–7 days, 7–9 days, 9+ days — per courier and per day. Orders stuck in the 7+ day buckets are visible on your morning dashboard before any customer escalation. The kanban view shows which courier has the worst aging profile, and which city zone has orders sitting. No manual investigation. No courier portal login.

5 user roles with granular permissions and full audit log

Owner, Admin, Agent, Warehouse, and Viewer roles each have a specific permission set. Warehouse staff can scan and dispatch — they cannot cancel or refund. Agents can confirm and book CNs — they cannot change courier routing rules. Every action is logged with user ID, timestamp, and IP address. When an order gets cancelled incorrectly, you know who did it, when, and from which device — in 10 seconds.

Who uses this

Three high-volume operators who switched — and what the warehouse looks like now.

High-volume brand — 8 warehouse staff, 800+ orders/day

Before: We had 8 warehouse staff and 4 of them spent their morning on CN printing and status updates before any actual packing started. We used a shared Google Sheet as our dispatch log. On peak days, two people would update the same row simultaneously and corrupt the data. Our ops manager spent 2 hours every evening reconciling what actually shipped vs. what was recorded.

After: The barcode scanning center replaced the spreadsheet on day one. Each staff member scans their orders — status updates automatically. CN printing is triggered by the scan in pack mode. The ops manager now reviews the aging kanban at 9 AM and handles exceptions. The other 4 hours are spent packing. The Google Sheet is gone.

3PL managing 5 client stores — Lahore

Before: We manage fulfillment for 5 separate brands — three WooCommerce, two Shopify. Five separate logins, five separate order lists, five separate CN booking flows, five separate courier accounts. Our team of 12 was constantly switching contexts. When a client asked about a specific order, someone had to go into the right portal, find the order, check the CN, and log into the courier tracking tool — minimum 4 minutes per query.

After: All 5 stores are connected to one Kliovo dashboard. Each store appears as a separate source with its own view. Combined reporting shows us total orders, total dispatched, and total returns across all clients in one number. When a client asks about an order, we search by order number in Kliovo — all statuses and courier tracking are on one screen. 20 seconds per query instead of 4 minutes.

Marketplace seller — Daraz plus own website

Before: Our Daraz orders and website orders ran through completely separate systems. Daraz has its own dashboard. Our website uses WooCommerce. We were running two separate morning dispatch routines, two separate courier accounts for the same city, and two separate return processes. Whenever a sale day hit both channels simultaneously, the ops team couldn't keep up with both queues.

After: Both stores now connect to Kliovo. Daraz orders and WooCommerce orders appear in the same queue — the warehouse team doesn't need to know the source. Courier routing rules apply to both. Bulk actions work across both. The audit log shows all actions regardless of source. One morning routine, one dispatch log, one set of courier rules for both channels.

Frequently asked questions

What is the maximum order volume Kliovo Shop can handle?

There is no published ceiling. Active brands on the platform process between 200 and 8,000+ orders per day. The architecture uses 16 BullMQ background workers for order processing, which means volume spikes on sale days are handled asynchronously without slowing the dashboard. Courier API calls, WhatsApp confirmations, and webhook deliveries all queue independently — a spike in order volume doesn't cause a spike in response times.

How does the audit log work?

Every action in Kliovo Shop is logged: order status changes, courier assignments, CN bookings, bulk actions, user role changes, automation rule triggers, and more. Each log entry includes the user ID, user name, action type, affected orders, timestamp, and IP address. The audit log is searchable and filterable — you can pull all actions by a specific agent on a specific day, or all status changes for a specific order, in seconds. Log retention is 90 days by default with archive export available.

Can multiple warehouse staff use Kliovo simultaneously?

Yes. Kliovo is built for concurrent warehouse use. Multiple staff can scan orders simultaneously — each scan updates the order status in real time without conflict. The permission matrix controls what each role can do: a Warehouse staff member can scan to pack and scan to dispatch, but cannot change courier assignments or cancel orders. The dashboard updates in real time via WebSocket — each agent sees the current state of every order without refreshing.

How does barcode scanning work in practice?

In pack mode: staff scans an order barcode, the order appears on screen for review, they confirm pack status, and the CN label prints automatically. In dispatch mode: staff scans the CN barcode on a sealed package, the order moves to dispatched status and the courier API logs the pickup. In return mode: staff scans the courier return CN, the order moves to return received, and the customer's history is updated. Any standard barcode scanner (USB or Bluetooth) works — or the mobile PWA camera scan on any Android or iOS device.

What does the aging kanban show?

The aging kanban shows all dispatched orders bucketed by days since dispatch: 0–1 day, 1–3 days, 3–5 days, 5–7 days, 7–9 days, and 9+ days. Each bucket shows the order count and the breakdown by courier. The 7+ day and 9+ day buckets are color-coded red — these are orders that have likely failed delivery or are stuck in courier limbo. You can click any bucket to see the full order list and take bulk action — reassign, WhatsApp the customer, or initiate investigation.

Is there an API for connecting our own systems?

Yes. Kliovo Shop exposes a public REST API with full documentation. You can push orders in, pull order statuses, trigger status changes, and receive webhook events for every order lifecycle event. Incoming webhooks (receiving data from external systems) and outgoing webhooks (pushing data to your systems) are both supported on all plans. Rate limits are generous for Enterprise plans — contact us for exact throughput specifications for your volume.
