What is the difference between blacklisting and Undelivered Hold?

Blacklisted customers are permanently blocked — any order from their number is flagged immediately regardless of order value or payment method. Undelivered Hold is a temporary auto-hold that triggers when a customer has 3+ undelivered orders in history — it holds for review, not permanently.

Does Kliovo track RTO reasons?

Yes. Order notes let you tag return reasons such as customer changed mind, wrong address, not reachable, or fraud. The Exception Report aggregates these across all returns to show your top RTO reasons over any time period.

Can we do reverse pickup through Kliovo?

What does Rs 850 per return actually include?

It is an estimate covering courier return charges (Rs 200–400 depending on courier and weight), warehouse receiving time, re-inspection, and holding cost. High-value orders also carry working-capital cost from the COD float sitting with the courier during the return cycle.

Can I see RTO by product, not just by city or courier?

The Product Reports show return rates per SKU. If a specific product has a 50% return rate, that is usually a description or expectation mismatch — not a logistics problem. The data points you to the right place to intervene.

What happens to returned inventory in Kliovo?

Kliovo marks the order return_received and triggers any automation flows you configure, such as notifying your warehouse team. Inventory re-stocking is handled by your WooCommerce or Shopify sync — Kliovo passes the status update back to your store automatically.
