TCS COD reconciliation monthly

Run the COD Reconciliation report, set the date range to match TCS's last payment batch. The report shows expected COD amount from all delivered TCS orders vs. what TCS says they paid. Any discrepancy gets a shortfall flag — email the report to TCS's business team with specific CN numbers. Disputes resolve in hours, not weeks.

Agent productivity review

The Agent Productivity report shows confirmations handled, average response time, escalations triggered, and automation overrides per agent. Useful for performance reviews, identifying who needs training, and who should be handling the exception queue vs. routine confirmations.

Product-level return analysis

Sort Product Reports by return rate descending. Any SKU above 25% return rate is either a description problem, a sizing or quality issue, or attracting the wrong buyer segment. The data tells you which product needs attention — before it tanks your overall monthly RTO percentage.

Is TCS COD reconciliation really built-in?

Yes. Kliovo has a uniquely deep TCS integration — COD payment status, payment reports, load sheet generation, and reconciliation matching are all included. It is the deepest TCS integration available in any Pakistani ecommerce software.

Can I schedule reports to be emailed automatically?

Report scheduling — weekly or monthly email digest — is available on the Pro plan and above. Starter and Growth plans support manual generation and manual CSV export at any time.

How far back does historical data go?

Reports run against your full order history in Kliovo Shop with no data expiry. Some report types such as aging and inactivity work best on 30–90 day windows for performance reasons, but longer ranges are fully supported.

Can I build custom reports?

The 16 built-in reports cover the most common Pakistani ecommerce analytics needs. Custom report building with SQL-level access is available on the Enterprise plan. Alternatively, export any report to CSV and analyze in your preferred BI tool.

Does the Agent Report track WhatsApp message sends?

Yes — the Message and Automation Outcomes report tracks sends, delivery status, and confirmation responses per automation flow. Agent Reports track manual CS activity separately so you can see both automation performance and human performance in the same review.

What is the Order Aging report most useful for?

Identifying orders stuck in a status longer than expected — for example, an order in 'packed' for 7+ days means it was packed but never dispatched, which usually indicates a courier pickup failure. The aging report surfaces these before customers escalate.
