Where it started
Kliovo launched as a messaging automation agency — building WhatsApp and social media systems for clients in the USA, UK, and the Gulf. Every system was custom. Every integration was manual. But the results were real.
The WhatsApp Business API era
Meta opened the official WhatsApp Business API. We were early adopters — getting access, building on top of it, and learning what actually works at scale for foreign businesses across multiple time zones and languages.
ovo AI — the first iteration
We saw a clear pattern: the #1 failure point for WhatsApp automation was when the bot didn't understand the customer. We built our first AI layer — Roman Urdu detection, intent classification, and smart escalation to human agents.
Kliovo Chat goes live
Our internal agency tooling became a product. Kliovo Chat — shared inbox, flows, AI, broadcasts — was released to our first external clients. Meta-approved from day one. Now 500+ businesses across 4 continents.
Kliovo Shop & vertical expansion
Pakistani e-commerce has a 30% COD failure rate. We built Kliovo Shop to solve it — 7 courier integrations, automatic COD confirmation on WhatsApp, and real-time barcode scanning. Then came Dine, Care, and Edu.
Pakistan launch
Full-scale Pakistan market launch. 40+ beta clients. PKR pricing. Local support team. Roman Urdu AI that no competitor even comes close to. Everything we built for international clients — now available at home.

We build for the businesses that actually run on WhatsApp — their payment methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa), their couriers (TCS, Leopards), their customers (who write 'kitney ka hai' not 'what is the price').
