How CN Label Printing works
Order booked
Once you book a shipment with any of the 7 couriers, the CN number is returned by the courier API and stored on the order automatically.
Generate label
From the order detail page or bulk toolbar, click Download CN. A PDF generates instantly using React-PDF — no browser dialog, no print preview interruption.
Branded label generated
Your tenant logo, courier logo, QR code, and Code 128 barcodes print cleanly on the label. 3 copies per A4 sheet: Customer, Accounts, Operations.
Attach and dispatch
Tear the 3-copy sheet, attach the courier copy to the box, keep the other two for your records. Or download official courier CNs for the courier's standard format.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between branded CN and official courier CN?
Branded CN is your custom template — your logo, your format, your 3-copy layout. It is for your operations and your brand consistency. Official courier CN is the PDF directly from the courier's API in their standard format — sometimes required when the courier's physical team needs their own form.
Can we print all CNs for today's dispatch in one action?
Yes. Filter orders by date and status (packed), select all, use the bulk action Download CNs — you get a combined PDF or a ZIP file with all labels ready to print in one batch.
Does CN printing work on mobile?
Yes. The mobile PWA supports label generation. You can trigger a PDF download from the mobile order detail view — useful for warehouse staff who manage dispatch from their phones rather than a desktop.
Is CN printing included on all plans?
Branded CN printing is included on all plans. Official courier CN download (pulled directly from the courier API) requires an active courier integration, which is available on Growth plan and above.
What happens if I print a CN twice by mistake?
Kliovo tracks CN-printed status and timestamp per order. If a CN is already marked as printed, it shows a warning before generating again — preventing double-print waste and helping you spot orders that may have been dispatched without a new booking.
Can we add a custom note to every label?
Yes. The Shipper Note field lets you add a fixed custom message that prints on every label — useful for 'Handle with care', your Instagram handle for brand visibility, or a return policy reminder to reduce customer friction on returns.
