Parent notification is immediate and automatic. When an incident is logged against a student, the parent receives a WhatsApp notification from ovo AI within minutes — not a phone call from a teacher, not a letter sent home in a bag that may never be delivered. The notification is formal but respectful, and does not expose information about other students or the severity coding used internally. The parent can acknowledge the notification via WhatsApp, and that acknowledgment is logged in the incident record.

The complaint system is designed with privacy as a non-negotiable constraint.
