Create a Zapier account
If you don't have one, sign up at zapier.com. Free plans work for basic Zaps. Paid plans support multi-step Zaps and higher volume.
Find Kliovo in Zapier
Search for 'Kliovo' in the Zapier app directory. You'll see available triggers (conversation events) and actions (send message, add contact, trigger flow).
Connect your Kliovo account
Click 'Sign in to Kliovo' inside Zapier. You'll be redirected to your Kliovo account to authorize. Your API key is used automatically — no copy-paste needed.
Build your first Zap
