Create a flow in Kliovo
Open the Kliovo flow builder. Add a new flow and select 'Incoming Webhook' as the trigger type. A unique webhook URL is generated instantly.
Configure authentication
Choose your authentication method: Bearer token (simplest), HMAC signature (most secure), or IP whitelist. Copy the validation details for your sending system.
Map payload fields
Paste a sample JSON payload from your system. Kliovo parses it and lets you map any field — customer name, order ID, phone number — to flow variables.
Test and activate
Send a test payload from your system (or use the Kliovo payload tester). Verify the flow triggers correctly. Set to live. Every future webhook fires the flow.
