How to set up

Connect your Stripe account
In Kliovo, go to Settings → Integrations → Stripe. Click 'Connect with Stripe'. You'll authorize via Stripe's OAuth — no API keys to copy manually.
Choose which events to handle
Select which Stripe events trigger Kliovo flows: payment.succeeded, payment.failed, customer.subscription.updated, invoice.upcoming, etc. Toggle each on or off.
Map events to flows
For each Stripe event, choose which Kliovo flow triggers. You can create custom flows — a 3-step failed payment recovery sequence, a single renewal reminder, etc.
Test in sandbox mode
Use Stripe's test mode to fire test events. Verify the WhatsApp messages trigger correctly. Switch to live mode when satisfied.
