How to set up
No code required. Most integrations go live in under 10 minutes.
Enable API access with Trax
Contact your Trax account manager to enable API access. They'll provide your Client ID, Client Secret, and the API endpoint URL.
Connect in Kliovo Shop
Go to Settings → Couriers → Trax. Enter your credentials. Kliovo validates the connection and pulls your pickup address details.
Set routing rules
Define when Trax should be used: specific cities, weight ranges, or as a secondary courier when primary is unavailable. Kliovo auto-selects on booking.
Book your first Trax shipment
Open any confirmed order in Kliovo Shop → Book Courier → Trax selected. CN generated. Track it from the same order panel.
