In-App Deletion

What gets deleted
- Account credentials and profile information
- WhatsApp message history and conversation data
- Contact lists and customer data stored on Kliovo servers
- Device push notification tokens (mobile app users)
- Usage history and platform activity logs
- Custom automation flows, templates, and configurations linked to your account
Note: Transaction and billing records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable tax and financial regulations. This does not include message content or personal communications data.
Business clients — end customer data
If you are a Kliovo business subscriber and need to process a data deletion request on behalf of one of your end customers, email [email protected] with your account details and the specific data subject's information. We will process the request in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement and applicable law within 30 days.
Shopify and other connected store integrations
For Shopify-connected stores, you may request one of the following:
- 1Disconnect only: stop future Shopify sync and deactivate the store connection.
- 2Store data deletion: delete or anonymize synced Shopify store data held in Kliovo, subject to lawful retention exceptions.
- 3Customer data deletion: delete or anonymize data linked to a specific Shopify customer, email, phone number, or Shopify customer ID.
- 4Shop uninstall or redact support: process Shopify-origin shop/redact or customer/redact requests received through Shopify privacy webhooks.
To help us verify and process the request, include your business name, Kliovo account email, connected Shopify store domain, the request type, and any relevant customer email, phone, Shopify customer ID, checkout ID, or order ID. Do not include passwords, access tokens, private keys, or payment card numbers.
Uninstalling or disconnecting the integration stops future syncing and deactivates the related connection. It does not automatically delete your entire Kliovo account or all retained records where retention is required by law or for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or backup recovery.
